This proprietary blend exudes attractive aromas of cedar, tobacco and cherry fruit with a toffee overlay. On the palate, the flavors are seamless; cherry jam, baking spices, clove, cinnamon and cardamom enhanced with complex components of mineral licorice, leather, and hints of graphite. The tannins are soft and nicely balanced by the fruit. Well-integrated, the fruit is fresh and lively, not overly ripe.

A rare find from the soils of Sonoma. Crafted in the likeness of the great Italian Chianti, it offers ripe, concentrated fruit. The nose delivers attractive aromas of cedar, tobacco and toffee with a touch of earthiness and minerals. Ripe cherry aromas are repeated in the mouth.

What a fabulous wine!!!!!!!!!!!! This wine was chosen by 4 of the 7 ordering guests! It has a smooth and very pleasantly surprising palate. Easily dressed up or down, and I for one LOVE IT! Wonderful blend, with unique flavors.
