Taste:

This wine carries the Vino de la Tierra Castilla designation. Castile-La Mancha is an autonomous region created in 2000 to endorse native varieties.
Winemaking:
The wine underwent “sur lie” aging for two months meaning that it rested on the “lees”, yeast cells remaining after fermentation. This gives the wine additional complexity.

We enjoyed Luna while watching a great thunder and lightening show the other night! A nice light white to enjoy by its self or with fresh fruit and cheese. We ordered 2 bottles and so did my MIL!
Surprisingly liked this wine and ended up ordering a bottle of it to share with my husband. It was not too sweet and not bitter either. Very nice wine!
I am a Moscato drinker by preference but this Moscato blend takes the sweetness and the crispness to the perfect taste! I love this wine with chocolate covered strawberries, or with poundcake, or with another glass after I finish the first!
Seriously, I normally do not drink white wines nor sweet wines, but this one is different. It was not too sweet nor too “white”. I loved it. Will order it again and again. What a delight.

Great wine!!! I’ve never tasted anything like it….sweet but not too sweet…no after taste. It could be used for so many things.
While I tend to prefer dark, hearty reds, this drier Moscato blend was excellent. The description alone sold it to 3 of my co-workers who could not attend my tasting. It was voted the favorite of the evening by my guests. I will probably buy this in the future!
