I love bubbles so the Fissata Blonde was the very first wine I decided to try from TV. It is light and bubbly, but not as bubbly as I usually go (I am a champagne and prosecco lover). The finish was smooth and I am sure it would pair nicely with a light juice.

This wine is listed as a sweet wine. Not very sweet, the red is actually more sweet than the white. How does that happen? Overall a great wine!
