This wine owes much of its complexity to unifying grapes from different notable villages within the region kept separate in the winery, allowing for tailored winemaking to enhance the unique characteristics of each parcel. During alcoholic fermentations, both punch-downs and pump-overs were used to ensure a balanced extraction of flavor, aromatics, structure and color in each lot. As a final blend unifying factor, six months in French oak allows the influences from the barrel to seamlessly mingle with the rich fruit and ripe tannins.
