The fruit was cold-soaked for two days in advance of traditional skin fermentation, then malolactic fermentation. Final wine aged in stainless steel for 12 months on French oak inner staves.

Something good did come out of 2020!!! This 2020 CAB has an abundance of fruit on both the nose and the palate. Smooth and fruit forward, this 2020 Cab. is absolutely delicious! I do typically enjoy wines from the Western Cape of South Africa and this one did not disappoint!

Everything I love about a Cabernet, its fruity with a hint of earth. This was perfect with burger night, bbq chips & thin mints for dessert! It's only $16.99, I'll take a case, please!
