Nebbiolo machine picked October 25, 2018, Petite Sirah machine picked October 16, 2018. Both sorted & de-stemmed. After both were crushed, cold soaking, alcoholic fermentation, extended maceration and malolactic fermentation, then pressing before starting aging in oenotanks by early January 2019. A portion of each component remained in stainless steel to preserve the varietal fruit's freshness. Final blend was assembled just prior to bottling.
