Made with organic grapes—three varietals picked in multiple lots from two different organic vineyards. Final transfer barreled down to new French & American oak, then to 1-3 year previous use oak, then to neutral oak then back to tank until late June 2020. Little oak as possible, so the vibrant fruit flavors of the wine are predominant.
Washington State is one of the country’s best spots to grow Cabernet Sauvignon vines. This wine marries New World juicy, jammy fruit flavors with a touch of herbal European earthiness. It’s friendly to sip, but uniquely flavorful.

My all time favorite Cabernet from this company. I get a bottle every shipment because it is that good. Must have one on me at all times.
Tastes great at room temperature, really bringing out the earthy flavors and deep dark fruits. It tastes really great chilled as well. It even brings out different, brighter flavors that weren't noticable at a warmer temperature.
We now drink this wine chilled. Like I said, favorite Cab and favorite wine from this company.

This organic cab was a delightful surprise! The fruit forward flavor demands my attention and I am happy to oblige. I love it slightly chilled and often on its one, but it pairs well too with flatbreads, cheeses, snacks I enjoy. Definitely one I can’t stop ordering because it goes fast in my house! Everyone LOVES it!

This Man's Best Friend is a Cab
I’ve never been much for trying to decipher obfuscatory people. I like it when a message is straight forward. It’s the same with wines. Weak wines that struggle to express themselves garner very little of my time. Lazy Lab has no problem telling you that it is a bold cab full of spice and current. The nose is rich, the palate is rich, but did doesn’t overwhelm as it explains itself. You can enjoy glass after glass without feeling that you have to pry and prompt for it to come out of its shell.

Love this jammy Cab!!
When I first tasted Lazy Lab I was expecting a drier full bodied Cab, however I was pleasantly surprised by how fruit forward and jammy this Cab is. I love Pinot Noirs for being jammy and this wine combines my love of Pinots and Cabs into pure, smooth perfection??
