Grapes were de-stemmed without crushing to keep the seeds and skins intact, and minimize the extraction of bitter compounds. Each region’s parcel was barreled down to complete malolactic fermentation, followed by many months of time in neutral French oak barrels to support, not mask the natural aromas and flavors.

This wine is so velvety smooth; if it were food it would melt in your mouth. The name is clever and the wine is oh so delicious!

Smooth, flavorful Pinot Noir

Incredibly flavorful and smooth wine. Very noticeable hints of strawberry. Paired well with Pork tenderloin in a mushroom sauce.
