Zapatazo Torrontés

2017 – Crisp dry whites

Brilliant pale lemon-yellow in the glass. Nose of white flowers and stone fruits, peach fuzz & ripe apricot. This wine tastes as it smells, plus a hint of minerality. Good acidity and feel, light bodied and crisp, with a lingering freshness.

Why We Love It

Click Your Heels Together: A Pairing To Guac Your World

Our Zapatazo label is a nod to Argentina's signature dance, the Tango, and refers to a stamp of the foot to mark the close of the dance. We love pairing this Torrontes with guacamole and dancing in the kitchen.

Alone or with food!

Very refreshing. I would definitely buy more.

Pairs nicely with spicy!

I wasn’t quite sure if I liked this at first, but after pairing it with spicy taco dip, it was amazing! Then I tried it again on its own, and it was a lot better! I’d definitely order it again!

did not like

I felt the wine was extremely diluted in flavor. Lacked any taste unfortunately

As described

Love the peach fuzz on the nose. Really crisp. Great paired with spicy.
