Your paycheck arrives regularly, three times a month. Though being a Wine Guide is most easily described as a wine brand representative, you’re actually marketing wine, not selling it. So you get paid what we call a ‘personal marketing fee’ of up to 35% of your personally generated sales. (As you build your team, you’ll get a little bonus for each of their sales, too.)
Most of our Wine Guides earn an average of $80-$100 per event* but the size of your paycheck depends entirely on what works for you: how much time you want to dedicate to events, to building your team, to growing your business. The sky’s the limit, so dream big — you entrepreneur, you.
As you build a team, you will also start to earn money for the success of your downline team members. Add in the bonuses you get for achieving various goals and benchmarks and it can add up to serious money.
