Why Should You Join Traveling Vineyard? We Can Give You Five Good Reasons

We call them the 5 Fs. Each Wine Guide was looking for one of these five benefits, and no matter which one brought them to us, they end up enjoying all five. (Plus some truly excellent wine.)

Flexibility

Wine Guides set their own schedules. You decide how many events you can handle and when. That means stay-at-home parents get to enjoy prime kid time, full-time employees elsewhere can work around their 8-to-5 hours, and that no one but you has to approve vacation time.

Financial Reward

This is the most obvious benefit of all. Being a Wine Guide gives you a chance to bring in a little extra money if you’re just looking for a way to make your car payment every month – or a chance to bring in a lot of money if you’re looking to replace your full-time career. Just choose the life that will make you happy.

Fun

This job involves going to tastings and talking about wine. You get to learn some interesting things, meet some interesting people, and a few times a year, get together with your fellow Wine Guides and have a huge party – sometimes in exotic locations.

Fulfillment

Many of our Wine Guides are looking for a new challenge, for a way to contribute to their family income, or just for the opportunity to have some ‘me’ time. Becoming a Traveling Vineyard Wine Guide is a great way to push your limits and achieve, without sacrificing your other obligations.

Friendship

Being independent doesn’t mean that you’re alone. You’re part of a team invested in your success and who you have a lot in common with. You can talk to them any time, meet up at regional meetings and our annual Harvest. You’re all amazing people. You’ll like each other.

Five Reasons That Wine is a Great Product For Direct Sales

    • Your audience is broad and diverse: men and women of all ages love wine and are excited to attend tastings and learn more.
    • It’s a consumable product, so people always need more. That means recurring orders without much more effort.
    • The U.S. recently became the largest wine-consuming nation in the world. It’s a huge market you can tap into.
    • People are curious about wine but intimidated by the ‘experts.’ Learning about wine in someone’s home, on the other hand, is fun and easy.
    • Once people have a taste, they always want more: on average, each tasting will receive at least two referrals for future events.
