My first year as a wine guide has been so much fun. I have met a lot of very fun and wine lovin people who have become friends. Looking forward to see what this year brings.

I love being a wine guide. I love the people I have met. The extra money isn't bad either.

Wow! I can not believe that a whole year has passed already! I have truly enjoyed being a wine guide- I love the wine, the people I have met, the income I have made and most of all the flexibility it gives me while I'm back in college! I'm still learning a lot from my wine family and can't wait for another successful year.

Traveling Vineyard has been an amazing experience for me! I never thought I could be successful doing something so fun! I have made lifetime friends from around the United States and was even spoiled on an all expense paid vacation! The ability to be flexible and work my business when it works for my family is amazing! I am so lucky I stumbled on this amazing company 4 years ago!!

I love that I can work around my other two buisness' and schedule wine tastings when I want. Some may say, "I don't have time." It is all about what you make your priority. I've learned so much about wine since I started. I have made friends doing wine tastings. If I wouldn't be a wine guide I probably wouldn't of met them otherwise. I've also gained confidence. I am usually shy. I'd have to say that since my first tasting it is much easier to get in front of people to talk. I love sharing the wines with others and teaching them what I know. My pallet has changed to love a chardonnay and pinot grigio vs sweet wine! Thank you Traveling vineyard for choosing the best wines and allowing me to have a fun job!

Being a wine guide has given me so much more knowledge about how fun the art of pairing food and wine can be!

Words will never describe how much I love my Traveling Vineyard Wine Consulting Biz! I love people, traveling, being my own boss, and of course wine! This was meant to happen from the day I did an internet search and discovered Traveling Vineyard one year ago. Searching for something interesting and fun in order to earn a little bit more money to save for retirement, I found that I absolutely love what I do, I respect all the peeps who help me every day, I am especially proud of the culture of the people of Traveling Vineyard. The support and cheers and empathy and excitement are what keep me setting higher and higher goals. I never imagined that my next step would be to gather team but how can I keep this excitement and fun all to myself. I love to share and this is exactly what I want to share with everyone!

Joining the Traveling Vineyard was a great choice for me. After retiring 5 years ago, I decided I wanted a little more income than my retirement was providing. My children have grown and no longer need all my attention. My circle of friends had diminished somewhat because I don't see them everyday as in before. I needed a new chapter and am so glad I found the Traveling Vineyard. It has taught me so much, and provided opportunities that I would not have had if I had just taken a part time job somewhere else. This allows me to work when I want, where I want and IF I want. I never knew I even liked wine until I joined and learned the reason I didn't like wine was because I didn't know how to drink wine and appreciate the flavors I was missing. I have met so many people that I would not have known. I never tire of hearing "it's Sharie, the wine lady" when in public. Meeting up with other wine guides at meetings is invigorating and always gives me an extra boost when I need it. The energy from this group helps to keep me going. I'm a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Sometimes I need that energy and can always count on my wine family to help me, either in person or the grapevine. I wish I would have found this sooner. Oh, and the extra income is nice also. Yes, I love my wine guide life

It's really hard to nail just one reason down, as to what I love most about The Traveling Vineyard! As a single mom of 3 very busy, travel sportin', kids I love that I can do events when it works for me. The months where events are lower due to other commitments, I focus on ramping up my recruiting efforts; growing and mentoring my team. I love the financial rewards! Where else can you make your own schedule and still make $50+ an hour?! Between guests, hosts and other wine guides, I have met so many wonderful people that I now call my friend. I love getting know each and everyone of my team members, which are all over the nation. When I started with TTV all I really wanted was a free trip (this mama was wore out!) and I earned it for 2 in like 5-6 months. And the next year for 1. While I'd love to still be earning those free trips, being a single mom, my world is pulled in every direction with my kids (not to mention a FT job), so while the trips would be amazing, right now TTV is supporting hockey and fastpitch fees, weekend travel expenses and equipment, without me having to stress or live off a strict budget because I know TTV will have me covered! I love that I can adjust "working hours" the month prior to our travels to ensure that I've increased or maintained based on that month's needs.

I never thought when I started with Traveling Vineyard 3 years ago that it would blossom in a full time career and a job that I love doing! How many people could say that about their current job or even the part time job they work that pays for the extras in life?! The flexibility that Traveling Vineyard offers allows me to make my own schedule that fits my family's needs and myself. Speaking of family, is exactly how I would describe the friendships I've made while being a wine guide with other wine guides and even host and their guest too. No more Monday blues and painful hours watching the clock tick backwards! It's cheering on your best friend because they received a promotion or the CEO Rick Libby being a genuine person who always can check both boxes of being good for the company but also good for us as wine guides. He is the true backbone of a company with having that mindset that cares about you and not always the almighty dollar. I'm so thankful I stubbled upon Traveling Vineyard because I never knew what I was missing out on in life, till I was finally able to have the life I have now. I love being a wine guide, best friend, and my own boss at the end of the day!! Thank you for the opportunity of being apart of this amazing company!
