This Privacy Policy will apply to the website that you are visiting, www.TravelingVineyard.com.au (the “Website”), which is owned by Phoenix Vintners, LLC D/B/A Traveling Vineyard and operates in Australia as Traveling Vineyard Pty Ltd with a principal address of 4/324 Melbourne Road, North Geelong, 32151 (the “Company”). Company and its subsidiary companies respect the privacy rights of our online visitors and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected from you. We have adopted a corporate wide Privacy Policy that guides how we collect, store and use the information you provide online. Please note that this policy applies only to sites maintained by Company and its subsidiaries, and not to websites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we link. The Information We Collect

A. Registration
If you register to become an independent Wine Guide to market our products, we will collect Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, address, email address, and telephone number). This Personally Identifiable Information is securely stored and may be accessed on our website. You will be assigned an identification number and select your own password – both are needed to enter the Site and to access your Contact Information. Please safeguard your password in a secure location as we are not responsible for breaches into the system when access is willingly provided.
B. Ordering
If you place an order for products, we will collect Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, contact and billing information, credit card, and other transactional information). We will use this information to deliver your order, process payment, and to communicate the status of your order.
C. Credit and Debit Card Storage
Credit and debit card information collected at registration or for product orders is used only to process payment for the transaction and, generally, is not retained on our Site. However, you may voluntarily elect to securely store multiple credit cards to be used for product orders.
D. Surveys and Promotions
Occasionally, you may voluntarily provide Personally Identifiable Information to complete surveys and questionnaires or to participate in user polls. If you are a Traveling Vineyard independent Wine Guide we may disclose your Personally Indentifiable Information to your upline independent representatives for the purposes of the operation of our compensation plan. If you are a Direct Cellars customer we may disclose your Personally Indentifiable Information in relation to your product orders and purchases to the independent representative who introduced you to the Company. Please note that we will not disclose your financial information (credit card details etc)to one of our independent representatives.

We reserve the right to receive information about you from other third party sources that help us update, expand and analyze our records and identify new customers provided that those third parties have consent to share that data with is.

Furthermore, we may share Personal Information necessary for the prevention of fraud, illegal activities, security breaches, and if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce our Terms of Use. Because of this, it’s possible some of your personal information may be shared with fraud prevention agencies. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details of this fraud may be passed on to these agencies. Likewise, law enforcement and governmental agencies may legally require the disclosure of or access and use certain information pursuant to any law, regulation, or subpoena. This applies to information as it relates to both open and closed accounts. Additionally, third parties who perform services for us as it relates to security, payment, etc. (such as Internet Service Providers, credit card processors, and merchant banks) may also have access to your information in the performance of such necessary services.

Should we buy or sell assets of our company, another company may need to review our company’s assets, which might include your information, to make business decisions as to whether to acquire such assets.
