What is a Cheerleader?
A Cheerleader is just that! We’re here to cheer you on and support you should you decide to become an Independent Wine Guide with Traveling Vineyard. The Cheerleaders are also here to support the day-to-day business of Traveling Vineyard and address any Customer, potential Host, or Wine Guide inquiries. We’re your one-stop shop for everything service-related!
I filled out a form, when can I expect to hear from a Wine Guide or Cheerleader?
Cheerleaders are available to support you Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM (EST). They do their best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, but do take a break over the weekend to recharge. During peak seasons, hours may be extended to better assist you. If you’re waiting to connect with a Wine Guide, you should hear from them within 24 hours, or at max 48 hours. If you have not, please reach out to our Cheerleaders because there might be a technical snafu with your submission and we will address it ASAP!
How can I try Traveling Vineyard wines?
First, get in touch with a Wine Guide! Every Wine Guide has a personal website where you can order Traveling Vineyard wines and have them shipped right to your door. The best way to try our wines, though, is to have a tasting event and have one of our Wine Guides bring 5 complimentary bottles for you and your friends to sample. It’s a true try-before-you-buy experience!
What is your shipping policy?
Once you place an order, the order is passed along to Traveling Vineyard, who verifies the order and accepts it. Then, our warehouse will send our your order via UPS or FedEx. Someone 21+ must be available to sign for the package when it arrives during regular business hours. The carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver your wine, before returning it to our Warehouse. If you miss a delivery attempt, make sure to contact our Cheerleaders at World Headquarters who can help you manage your delivery preferences.
